Ardeo Cares Donates $3,000 to Student Achievement Leadership Program

December 7, 2021

Thanks to our team’s competitive spirit, low-income students in DuPage County will have the opportunity to go on a college bus tour.

Ardeo recently partnered with Outreach Community Center in Carol Stream, Ill. to organize a series of team-building activities. Each game was tied to a dollar amount. Teams competed to raise the most money to donate to Outreach Community Center. Collectively, our teams donated $3,000, making Ardeo a co-sponsor of the bus tour.

“The event was fun. We were competing against our co-workers to try and raise the most money for the bus tour. It feels great donating the money to an organization that helps students attend college.”

-Phil Janeteas, Associate Vice President of Business Development

“Ardeo Cares sets us apart from other companies. Not only does our product benefit people, but through the philanthropic arm of our organization, we donate both time and money to make the world better.”

-Dan Kozich, Staff Accountant

According to Outreach Community Center, many of their students are first generation and some have never left the state. This bus tour helps them explore opportunities they may not have otherwise considered.

This support was provided through Ardeo’s philanthropic arm, Ardeo Cares. Nonprofits in the Lisle, Ill. and Bloomington, Ind. areas with a service project idea for Ardeo Cares are invited to contact Mary Pollard at mary.pollard@ardeo.org.
