All Time High Enrollment at Ardeo Partner Rochester University

November 2, 2020

Rochester University is celebrating a record enrollment in fall 2020 thanks in part to their private label Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP), the RU Pledge.

The university, located in Rochester Hills, Mich., increased enrollment 13% over the previous fall, bucking this year’s national average decline of 4% reported by The National Student Clearinghouse Research Center.

After a successful pilot with the 2019-20 cohort, Rochester decided to optimize their LRAP strategy by offering the RU Pledge to all incoming freshmen.

The RU Pledge enhances Rochester’s value prop in the eyes of its prospects. By promising to help students repay their educational loans, Rochester is signaling that even during a global pandemic and amid economic uncertainty they are invested in students’ long-term success in a way their competitors are not.

“I wasn’t sure if I was even going to college because of student loans, but the RU Pledge changed my decision,” LRAP Recipient, Rochester University.
