Julia Pacilli, MS

Julia’s passion for higher education has led her to spend her career in the industry. She believes in higher education’s power to either launch someone’s career or give them the extra boost they need to continue their career success. Prior to joining Ardeo in 2019, Julia spent 20 years serving at Hood College (MD), Campbell University (NC), the University of Mount Olive (NC), and Montreat College (NC), where she served as the Executive Director of the School of Adult and Graduate Studies. Julia previously served as a Board Member and President of the North Carolina Adult Education Association where she organized and hosted several adult education conferences over the years. Julia earned her master’s degree from Capella University (MN/Online) and her bachelor’s degree from Hood College (MD).
