Darian Leader, MS

Working in higher education for the majority of her career, Darian has a passion for helping students realize their academic goals. As a proud graduate of Gettysburg College, she quickly discovered the world of opportunity available to those with a college degree and felt compelled to guide future students along their paths of success. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Human Services from Chestnut Hill College where, prior to joining Ardeo, she most recently served as the Director of Transfer Admissions, working primarily with first generation and nontraditional students. Darian previously served as a Member of the Board of The Transfer Admissions Advising Committee, Vice President of The Philadelphia Association of Catholic Colleges as well as an Officer of Diversity and Inclusion at Chestnut Hill College.
