Grow Your Social Work Program
Provide peace of mind for your prospective social work students
Why Ardeo’s LRAPs?
Breaks Down Leading
Enrollment Barriers
Social work is a growing field, but student loans and modest starting salaries are major barriers for many. Ardeo’s financial safety net enables enrollment: 1 in 3 social work majors enrolled with an LRAP agree – they would not have attended without it.
Integrates Into
Your Other Initiatives
Trusted by more than 200 institutions across the country, Ardeo easily folds into your existing recruitment plan. Colleges can launch in as little as two weeks. Ardeo can also integrate with your CRM for easy long-term management.
Covers All Certified
Education Loans
Ardeo offers students and their families comprehensive peace of mind with a Loan Repayment Assistance Program. LRAP covers all loans your financial aid office certifies, including federal student, private alternative, and parent PLUS loans.
How LRAPs Work
Ardeo’s Loan Repayment Assistance Programs (LRAPs) help institutions increase enrollment while giving students and families financial peace of mind. LRAPs make this powerful promise: If income after graduation is modest, a student’s LRAP award will help them repay their student loans.
You send us a list of prospective social work students you want to enroll with LRAPs. We reach out to your students and their families to educate them about the program.
Your future social workers accept their LRAP award and enroll at your university! You boost yield in your program by giving your prospects the confidence they need to attend. You only pay for those students who enroll and borrow.
We help your graduates repay their student loans. After graduation, we take it from there. You pay nothing more. Ardeo manages all assistance requests, and we answer any questions your students may have.
Eastern Michigan University Empowers Students to Pursue Their Dreams
Eastern Michigan University first began offering LRAPs to education and social work students late in the 2023-24 recruitment cycle. The student loan safety net has made a difference in enrollment, and the lives of their future teachers and social workers.
LRAPs Impact Enrollment Decisions
Research from Ruffalo Noel Levitz and Ardeo shows two significant trends: 1) student loan debt is negatively impacting college planning, and 2) Loan Repayment Assistance Programs (LRAPs) positively impact enrollment decisions. This is especially true for low-income and first-generation students, and students from underrepresented communities.

What Are Social Work Students Saying?
“I really want to be able to earn a degree in Social Work to be able to help people and find a career in it. However, I know Social Workers do not earn much. It is worth it me to be able to help and encourage those who need it. The loan repayment assistance program helped me decide fully on Rochester and being able to do the career I feel called to do with peace about my financial future. ”

What Are Social Work Students Saying?
“I was unsure I would be able to manage the amount of debt I would accumulate, considering the earning potential of a social work degree. The offer to take advantage of LRAP has given me the assurance I need to continue down this road and attend Goshen College knowing that the assistance is there if I need it!”
Jenner R.
LRAP Recipient, Goshen College
What Are Social Work Students Saying?
“LRAP is going to be so helpful after I graduate. I have plans to pursue a degree in social work. Many opportunities in this field may not pay much as a college graduate would like to earn. So while getting experience and working, it is very nice to know LRAP will reimburse some of my loan payments. ”
