Carroll Stevens
Carroll’s passion for increasing access to college began in the late 1980s, when as the Associate Dean at Yale Law School he co-founded one of the first LRAP programs in the country. Since then he has been involved in numerous entrepreneurial ventures, including the strategic development and launch of a global division at Mott MacDonald, where he served as the Senior Vice President of their Management Consultancy, and was the thought leader for their North American education reform work. He also co-founded Achievement First, one of the nation’s premier charter school networks. Carroll has held governance and leadership appointments at six colleges and universities and currently serves as an honorary Fellow at Regent’s Park College at Oxford University.
