How Illinois College Engages Unresponsive Admits & Addresses Financial Aid Appeals with LRAPs

Watch anytime, anywhere.

View our recorded webinar discussion with Illinois College to explore how Ardeo’s yield tool has helped them engage unresponsive admitted students and address financial aid appeals.

Illinois College, located in Jacksonville, Illinois, first began using LRAPs in 2018 and offered the program to select students. They decided to expand their usage for the 2023-24 cohort – doubling the number of students they enrolled with the program. They offer LRAPs to admitted students who have gone silent, select transfers and to students with financial aid appeals.

During the webinar, Evan Wilson, Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management, discussed their enrollment strategy and how they use Ardeo’s Loan Repayment Assistance Programs to re-engage unresponsive admitted students and shift financial aid appeals conversations from “I can’t come here” to “Yes! I can enroll.”
