Ryon joined Manchester University in 2020. He has more than 20 years of experience in admissions and enrollment management. He has served as vice president of enrollment and marketing at Anderson University (IN), Vice President of Enrollment at Harrison College (IN), and Vice President of Online Admissions at Salem International University (WV).

Melissa is a Manchester graduate who began her career there, then spent time in the orthopedic industry before returning to her alma mater in 2015. She oversees the recruitment team and has a background in marketing and human resources. Melissa holds a master’s degree in higher education administration. She chose a career in admissions because she enjoys helping students and families work through the college-search process to find the right fit.
